House Manager
Part-time/occasional, On-Site

PTAC is searching for a calm, personable, and detail-oriented professional to lead front-of-house operations at the Palace. You’ll manage our volunteer team, keep patrons and performers safe, and help every show run smoothly from doors to final curtain. Post-secondary students and candidates with hospitality or event experience are welcome to apply.
Director of Operations
Full-time, on-site

Compensation: $45,000–70,000
PTAC is searching for a strategic, grounded, and relationship-driven professional to lead operations for this important London cultural institution. You’ll oversee finance, facilities, technology, and staff, working closely with the Board to strengthen the organization’s stability and community impact. Experience in the nonprofit, arts, or hospitality sector is an asset, but strong leadership and operational instincts matter most.
About Palace Theatre Arts Commons
Palace Theatre Arts Commons (PTAC) is a community-focused performing arts organization and registered charitable organization located in London, Ontario’s Old East Village. Since 1973, the Palace has provided a home for community theatre, education, artistic development, cultural events, and community participation.
PTAC operates the historic Palace Theatre at 710 Dundas Street and provides theatre and related resources to the broader community. PTAC’s activities include the London Community Players main-stage season, London Youth Theatre Education (LYTE), London Fringe, resident theatre companies, educational programming, venue rentals, and other cultural activities.
