Scene Study Workshop with Daniel Jewlal

As part of our New Stage comeback, the Palace Theatre Arts Commons is thrilled to offer a free 4 week scene study workshop led by award-winning actor and educator, Daniel Jewlal!

Whether you’re just starting your acting journey or looking to dip your toe into the world of performance, this workshop is the perfect place to begin. You’ll learn the fundamentals of scene work with a partner, build confidence on stage and work toward a final public performance.

Audition Workshop with James Noonan

Join us for a free audition workshop as part of New Stage, led by award-winning actor and director James Noonan, most recently known for directing Murdered to Death with London Community Players.

Time: 7:00–9:00 PM
Location: Maryse Leitch Hall, 710 Dundas Street (Palace Theatre Arts Commons)
Cost: FREE (registration required)
Each participant is asked to bring a 2-minute monologue they are currently working on. James will work with individuals in a group setting so everyone can benefit from the instruction. With four shows holding auditions in September – Closer, Harris Cashes Out!, Urinetown: The Musical, and The Family Creetin – this workshop offers a great opportunity to prepare and stand out.
